  • Support to the process for dealing with queries/concerns from MPs and Councillors and to analyse lessons learned

  • Agenda planning and support to Extended Leadership Team meetings

  • Support for the Next Generation GP programme

  • Support with workforce review and modelling

  • Support with the development of talent and succession planning within the department
  • Support to local Councillors as required
  • Project work to support transformational work and objectives, as required.

To be considered for this role you should have or be able to demonstrate your potential in relation to:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of a range of IT programmes

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Willingness to learn new skills and to work as part of a team

  • Ability to work accurately and have an eye for detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills with people at all levels of the organisation

  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
