We are looking for a highly motivated part-time Community Care Officer (Occupational Therapy) for 18.5 hours per week to work in the Ashfield North Older Adults Community Assessment Team based at Ashfield Health & Wellbeing Centre in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

We require an enthusiastic individual and a competent assessor who has experience of working with members of the public; has experience of either paid employment or voluntary work in social care; has the ability to work with people with complex needs; and undertake lower level Occupational Therapy assessments. The successful candidate will be provided with a comprehensive induction programme, access to training, and other professional development opportunities to enable them to fulfil their role, raise their competency level and progress their career. You will be provided with regular support and supervision. We have mobilised our social care teams which means that employees are issued with tablet devices to enable them to work more flexibly and reduce overall travel time.
