Caudwell house in Southwell provides residential and short breaks for children aged 10 to 18 years with physical disabilities, associated learning disabilities and health needs. Caudwell House has been awarded "outstanding " by Ofsted we have a commitment to improve and develop the services we provide to children. An opportunity has arisen for 2 full time permanent Residential Care Worker posts.
The posts require you to provide the highest standard of physical and emotional care, interact positively with the children, enable them to have a voice, contribute to a positive environment, including the provision of play and leisure activities and to ensure the best outcomes for children enabling them to reach their full potential.
This post is not available as a job share due to training and continuity of care.
