HR Business Partner Level 2
The Nottinghamshire County Council HR Service has a permanent vacancy for the post of HR Business Partner (level 2) to join its team. This post provides an ideal opportunity to progress and develop your career in Human Resources by working as part of a busy team managing a complex and varied workload.
The post will work alongside and support a HR Business Partner (level 1) within the team. You will have a minimum of two years relevant experience within a large complex organisation, preferably local government or public sector, in supporting and advising managers in the application of employment law, HR policies and procedures and possess a relevant HR qualification or be working towards Associate CIPD or equivalent. You will be well organised to meet deadlines and problem solve, be self-motivated and be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and our customers which include corporate managers and school leaders in maintained and academy schools.
