Heanor Gate Science College is situated on the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border and is a ‘good’ school (Ofsted March 2017) with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and reliable individual to work with a newly formed Well-being Team. The successful applicant will provide a range of practical and emotional support strategies which enable the personal, social and emotional development of the young people within the academy. They will also be an enthusiastic individual who shares our ethos of supporting all learners to achieve their full potential and raises aspiration.
