Salary NJE 1 £17,364 – 17,711 p.a. pro rata. Actual salary is £4,347 per annum.

The Governors are looking to appoint an efficient and friendly person to join our team as from September 2019 or earlier if possible.

Our office team works together to ensure the smooth running of the school on a daily basis, and provides a welcoming and efficient reception service to our parents, visitors, children and staff. You will be well organised, respect confidentiality, be a team player as well as being able to use your own initiative.

The duties will include providing excellent administrative support to the Head Teacher, Business Manager, teaching staff and pupils of the school. Duties will include general admin, typing, reception duties, school meals and attendance administration, photocopying and the ability to forge excellent relationships with parents, children and staff.

You must have good literacy and numeracy skills and a good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office applications. You must have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload and to work with minimum supervision. The role will be varied and you need to be flexible, able to work under pressure and used to dealing with the public, and have a good sense of humour.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed by appointment with the Head Teacher.
